Artificial intelligence
Current version since 12 October 2026
This page explains the use of artificial intelligence systems in logictra, in line with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Current use
The platform does not currently use artificial intelligence systems to process client companies' data. No tariff classification, document data extraction or platform decision is generated with AI.
The videos and screenshots on this website show the application with demonstration data prepared for that purpose.
2. Rules for when it is added
- It will be optional and each company will enable it with its own account at the provider of its choice (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral or others).
- Whatever an AI suggests will always be a proposal: a tariff classification doesn't become current and a declaration isn't submitted without a person's approval.
- Every call will be logged with its provider, model and result.
- logictra will not use companies' data to train models.
- This page will be updated before any AI feature is enabled.
