This legal notice governs access to the logictra.com website (the «Site») and fulfils the information duty set out in article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

Accessing the Site means accepting this notice in the version published at the time of access. This English version is provided for convenience; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Owner of the Site

2. Purpose

The Site presents logictra, a software platform for managing logistics operations and for collaboration between companies (importers, freight forwarders, hauliers and warehouses), and explains how it works.

Browsing the Site does not mean contracting any service. Use of the platform, provided at app.logictra.com, is governed by the Terms of service and by the contract signed with each client company.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The logictra trademark, its logo and other distinctive signs are owned by APFerrer. The texts, design, application screenshots, videos and code of the Site are owned by APFerrer or by third parties who have authorised their use.

Screenshots and videos show the application with demonstration data. The names of companies, people, licence plates, references and identification numbers shown in them are fictitious.

The Geist typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License. Maps shown in screenshots use OpenStreetMap data, available under the Open Database License.

Reproducing, distributing or transforming the contents of the Site for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation is not permitted.

4. Liability

The owner does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Site or the absence of errors, and is not liable for damage arising from interruptions, technical failures or causes beyond its reasonable control.

Descriptions of customs, tax or transport regulations on the Site are informative and do not constitute legal or tax advice.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. The owner does not control and is not responsible for their content.

5. Data protection and cookies

The processing of personal data provided through the Site is explained in the Privacy policy. The Site does not set cookies; details, including those of the application, are in the Cookie policy.

6. Changes

The owner may change this notice and the contents of the Site at any time. The applicable version is the one published at the time of access.

7. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
