These terms apply to browsing logictra.com and to using its forms. They do not apply to the platform provided at app.logictra.com, which has its own Terms of service. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Access
Access to the Site is free of charge. No registration is required to view its content.
Visitors undertake to use the Site in accordance with the law, these terms and good faith.
2. Prohibited uses
- Introducing malicious software or code, or attempting to access restricted areas of the systems.
- Taking actions that may damage, overload or prevent normal use of the Site, including mass automated requests.
- Using the forms to send unsolicited advertising, unlawful content or third-party data without their consent.
- Impersonating another person or company.
3. Contact and demo forms
Whoever fills in a form declares that the data is accurate and that they are authorised to provide it on behalf of their company. The forms have submission limits and spam filters; a submission that triggers them may be discarded without notice.
Submitting a form does not create any contractual relationship. Data processing is explained in the Privacy policy.
4. Content
The content describes the platform as it works on the date of publication and may change. Screenshots and videos use demonstration data.
References to regulations are informative and do not replace reading the official text or professional advice.
5. Links
You may link to the home page or to any page of the Site as long as the link does not suggest a non-existent commercial relationship and is not used in an unlawful context. The Site may not be reproduced inside frames of other pages.
6. Suspension of access
The owner may block access to anyone who breaches these terms, without prejudice to any legal action that may apply.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
