Report a vulnerability

If you have found a security issue in logictra.com or app.logictra.com, we want to know. This page explains how to report it and what you can expect from us. The same information is in /.well-known/security.txt.

1. How to report it

  • Write to info@mail.logictra.com with the subject «Security».
  • Describe the issue, the steps to reproduce it, the impact you believe it has and, if possible, a proof of concept.
  • Tell us how we can contact you.

2. What we ask of you

  • Do not access, modify or delete data that is not yours. If you see another company's data, stop and let us know.
  • Do not run denial-of-service tests, social engineering or physical attacks.
  • Use your own or demonstration accounts for testing.
  • Do not disclose the issue until it has been fixed or 90 days have passed since your report, whichever comes first.

3. What we will do

  • Acknowledge receipt within 5 working days.
  • Keep you informed about the assessment and the fix.
  • Take no legal action against anyone who reports an issue in good faith and follows these guidelines.
  • Credit your contribution, if you wish, once the issue is fixed.

4. Out of scope

  • Reports produced by automated tools without proof of real impact.
  • Missing headers or settings that do not enable a specific attack.
  • Issues in third-party services not controlled by logictra; in that case, notify the relevant provider.
