Invoicing

Pro forma in logictra, legal invoice in Holded

logictra prepares the pro forma invoice from what happened in the operation. When you close it, Holded issues the legal invoice with your company's account and the legal number comes back to logictra.

Issued

How invoicing works

  1. Pro forma from the operation

Lines come from the operation's services. When the pro forma is closed it gets its internal serial number, tax breakdown and due dates.
  2. Sent to Holded

On closing, logictra sends the invoice to Holded in the background, with retries. If the client doesn't exist in Holded, it is created from its tax ID.
  3. Legal number back

logictra stores the legal number, date, status and secure verification code returned by Holded, when available.
  4. Amount check

If Holded's total doesn't match the pro forma, the difference is recorded in the audit log.

Good to know

Who does what

  • logictra doesn't issue legal invoices or handle VERI*FACTU on its own: Holded does that with your company's account.
  • Holded is currently the only accounting system with a connector. Corrective invoices are not sent automatically.
