What logictra is
One platform, one workspace per company and one shared operation
logictra is the management system of each company in the chain and, at the same time, the place where those companies work together. The importer, the freight forwarder, the haulier and the warehouse use the same data model, each in its own workspace.

How it is designed
A single data model
An operation means the same to the importer as it does to the haulier. That is why it can move from one company to another without copying or translating fields.
One interface per trade
What changes between profiles is what you see: the menu, the home screen and the screens themselves. A warehouse opens on its floor plan and a haulier on today's trips.
The shared operation
What one company updates, the other one sees
When two logictra companies work on the same shipment, they connect through a tunnel. The company sharing the operation chooses which fields the other one sees, and the other one works on a mirror copy that updates with every change.
Margins, costs and internal rates never travel through the tunnel. Each company invoices the next one from its own workspace.

Good to know
What logictra doesn't try to be
- Accounting software. logictra prepares pro forma invoices; the legal invoice and VERI*FACTU are issued in Holded with your company's account.
- A replacement for your judgement in customs. A declaration is only submitted to the Spanish Tax Agency after a person approves it, and with your company's certificate.
- A closed network. You can work with companies that don't use logictra; the connection between companies is enabled when both of them use it.
