Privacy policy
Current version since 12 October 2026
This policy explains which personal data is processed through logictra.com, for what purpose and what rights data subjects have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
The data each client company manages inside the platform (operations, documents, contacts, drivers) is that company's responsibility. logictra processes it as a data processor, under the Data processing agreement signed with it.
1. Data controller
- Controller: logictra (APFerrer).
- Address: Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Spain).
- Privacy and data protection contact: info@mail.logictra.com.
2. What data is processed
- Contact and demo form data: name, email, company, job title and phone if provided, type of company and the message.
- Technical submission data: date and time, page it was sent from, browser and an identifier derived from the IP address using a keyed hash function. The IP is not stored in clear.
- Proof that the person has accepted this policy, with its date.
- Data about application users created by client companies (name, email, roles and access logs), processed on behalf of each company.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering the information or demo request and, where appropriate, preparing a proposal: pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Preventing form abuse by means of the IP-derived identifier: legitimate interest in the security of the Site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- No unsolicited commercial communications are sent, no profiles are built and no automated decisions are made.
4. Retention
Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, if no business relationship begins, for up to two years from the last contact. They are then deleted, unless they must be kept blocked to address possible legal liabilities.
5. Recipients and processors
No data is disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The following act as processors, under a contract in line with Article 28 GDPR:
- Vercel Inc.: Hosting and execution of the website and the application. Frankfurt region (Germany).
- Neon, Inc.: Managed PostgreSQL database holding all platform data and website requests. Frankfurt (Germany), on AWS.
- Pendiente de designar: Sending the internal notice for each request received through the website. European Union.
6. International transfers
Some providers are based in the United States even though data is hosted in the European Union. If a service involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. Rights
You can request access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest by writing to info@mail.logictra.com, with what is needed to prove your identity.
If your data is in the platform because a client company created your user, contact that company; logictra will help it handle your request.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
The Site and the application are served over HTTPS only. Platform measures (company isolation in the database, chained audit log, credential encryption) are described on the Security page.
