Terms of service

Current version since 12 October 2026

These terms govern the use of the logictra platform, provided at app.logictra.com, by the companies that contract it (the «Client») and by the people the Client gives access to. The provider is APFerrer, owner of the logictra trademark. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

The contract or proposal signed with each Client prevails over these terms wherever it says otherwise, in particular regarding price, terms and service levels.

1. Purpose

logictra is a software-as-a-service platform for managing logistics operations (operations, customs, transport, warehouse, containers, rates, invoicing, documents and reports) and for working with other companies that use it. The Client enables the modules for its line of business.

2. Onboarding and accounts

  • The Client's company is set up by logictra, with an owner user who manages the other people, their roles and their permissions.
  • Each user is responsible for keeping their password safe. The Client is liable for the use of the platform by the people it gives access to.
  • The Client will report any unauthorised use of its accounts without delay.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the platform lawfully and for the Client's own business.
  • Do not attempt to access other companies' data, bypass security controls or overload the service.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or third-party data without a legal basis.

4. Client data

The data the Client enters in the platform belongs to the Client. The Client is the controller of the personal data it contains and logictra processes it as a processor, under the Data processing agreement.

logictra does not use Client data for its own purposes or share it with third parties, except with the published subprocessors or where required by law.

5. Collaboration between companies

When the Client connects its company with another one and shares records with it, it decides which records and fields to share. That disclosure is decided and authorised by the Client, who must have a legal basis for it.

Closing a connection ends access for both parties. Whatever was shared until then stays archived, and whatever the other company took in as its own becomes that company's responsibility.

6. Third-party service integrations

The Client connects the external services it uses (Spanish Tax Agency, Holded, ShipsGo, email, storage, maps) with its own credentials. It contracts them directly with each provider, pays their costs and accepts their terms. logictra stores those credentials encrypted and only uses them for the calls the Client enables.

Customs declarations are submitted with the Client's certificate and only after a person at the Client approves them. The Client is responsible for their content.

logictra prepares pro forma invoices. The legal invoice and its tax obligations are handled in the Client's invoicing software.

7. Availability and support

logictra uses reasonable means to keep the platform available and gives advance notice of planned downtime where possible. Committed service levels, if any, are those in the contract with each Client.

Support is provided at info@mail.logictra.com.

8. Platform changes

logictra may improve and modify the platform. If a change removes a feature the Client relies on materially, it will give reasonable advance notice.

9. Intellectual property

The platform, its code, its design and the logictra trademark belong to their owner. The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of the contract.

10. End of service

When the contract ends, the Client may request an export of its data in a structured format within the following 30 days. After that period, logictra deletes the data, except what it must keep by law, which will be blocked.

logictra may suspend access if the Client seriously breaches these terms, notifying it beforehand unless urgency prevents it.

11. Liability

logictra is liable for damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, its total liability to the Client is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it, and excludes loss of profit and indirect damage.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, unless the law provides otherwise.
