Subprocessors
Current version since 12 October 2026
This list sets out the providers that process personal data on behalf of logictra to deliver the platform and the website. It is part of the Data processing agreement signed with each client company. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Providers
| Provider | Service | Location | Safeguards |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Hosting and execution of the website and the application. | Frankfurt region (Germany) | Processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). US-based company: EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. |
| Neon, Inc. | Managed PostgreSQL database holding all platform data and website requests. | Frankfurt (Germany), on AWS | Processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). US-based company: EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. |
| Pendiente de designar | Platform file storage, for companies that don't use their own storage. | European Union | Processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). |
| Pendiente de designar | Sending the internal notice for each request received through the website. | European Union | Processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). |
2. Services contracted by each company
Connections that each company configures with its own credentials (Spanish Tax Agency, Holded, ShipsGo, its mail server, its S3-compatible storage or its Mapbox account) are not logictra subprocessors. The company contracts them directly and logictra only makes the calls the company enables.
3. Open resources
- Maps: without a Mapbox account, the user's browser downloads map tiles from OpenFreeMap, which receives the IP address and the map area being viewed.
- Road routes: the application queries a public OSRM server sending only origin and destination coordinates, with no data about people.
4. Changes to the list
logictra will notify client companies at least 15 days in advance of any new or replacement subprocessor, so they can object on reasonable grounds by writing to info@mail.logictra.com.
